Marketpoint Medical Practice encourages all our patients to seek medical attention without delay for any illness or medical concern that you have during the current Covid-19 pandemic. However, we are operating a reduced physical consultation service for the safety of our patients and staff.
We are providing phone and virtual consultations to all, ensuring all our patients needs are catered for in these challenging times.
Many of our services remain unaffected by the current changes, including vaccinations and antenatal care. Please be assured that we take every precaution to ensure your safety if you need to physically attend the surgery.

For patients that are attending the surgery we ask that you let our receptionist know you have arrived, wear a face covering, sanitize your hands on arrival and maintain a 2metre distance from others as much as possible.
We also ask that you attend alone for your appointment, except in the case of children and medically vulnerable patients. We kindly remind you that consultations do not extend beyond 15 minutes, in order to ensure everyone’s safety.

Please also be aware that you may be asked some questions regarding your medical complaint when you call us to schedule an appointment. This is necessary to allow us to triage our calls and deal with your medical complaint in the safest and most efficient manner.

If you have symptoms which may be related to a Covid-19 infection please call us in the first instance. Walk-in appointments will NOT be facilitated during this time.
